How to choose a hotel marketing agency
A hotel marketing agency should say who owns the ad accounts, what sits inside 1,200 EUR plus VAT, and what is billed separately. At Nikton Hospitality the work is led by Toni, in Zagreb.
Hotel campaigns should be connected to sales priorities. Every month, we bring occupancy, source markets, offers, campaigns and results together in one specific plan.
Ongoing monthly management
Nikton Hospitality is a hotel marketing agency based in Zagreb. We work remotely with independent 4- and 5-star hotels, including hotels in Austria and Germany.
Onboarding means access to Google Ads, Meta, GA4 and the booking engine, an agreed goal, a monthly report and one monthly conversation.
For hotels in Austria and Germany, reports, emails and documents are in German. Calls and meetings are in English.
We work with the booking engine the hotel already uses. Before we start, we check how the engine sends data to GA4 and what needs to be fixed.
A visit to the hotel in Austria or Germany is possible by agreement.
Monthly management from €1,200 + VAT. The starting scope covers one hotel and one agreed advertising channel - Google Ads or Meta Ads. It includes campaign optimisation, performance monitoring through the existing measurement system, a monthly report and one monthly conversation.
The hotel’s digital strategy starts with a business goal, availability, priority markets and budget. It then determines the channels, offers, measurement and responsible persons. The plan should explain which bookings we want to attract, in what period and how we will estimate the cost and result.
The scope and fee for this service are agreed separately based on your hotel's goals, the current system and the access required.

A hotel may have active Google and Meta campaigns, a website agency, a booking engine provider, internal promotions and a sales plan at the same time. Problems arise when everyone handles their part but no one connects all activity to specific dates, markets and business goals. Campaigns then continue out of habit, promotions are prepared too late, quieter dates lack enough digital support, and management receives multiple reports without one clear conclusion.
Digital activity starts responding to the hotel's actual needs rather than continuing the previous month's routine. We shift the focus to what drives business results:
Management does not get another presentation with marketing metrics, but clear answers for operational and budget decisions:
The result is one shared direction for campaigns, the website, booking engine and digital partners.
We don’t track all metrics equally. The KPI’s focus adapts to the hotel’s business priority and distinguishes what is directly measured from the channel’s assisted contribution.
Step 1
Overview of occupancy, seasonality, source markets, hotel offers, capacity and current digital activities.
Step 2
Identifying the dates, markets, offers and facilities with the highest business priority for the coming period.
Step 3
Defining campaigns, promotions, necessary landing pages, tracking requirements, budgets and ways to measure.
Step 4
Analysing bookings, revenue, acquisition cost, user behaviour and market performance, then adapting the plan.
Strategy does not create bookings on its own. It creates value by directing campaigns, the hotel's offer, website, booking engine and tracking towards the dates and markets where the hotel actually needs demand. If occupancy is lower during a particular period, we first identify which market offers realistic demand, which offer the hotel can communicate effectively, whether a landing page exists and whether bookings are measured correctly. We therefore treat strategy as a monthly decision process aimed at better-quality direct bookings and greater control over investment, rather than a document alone.
No. Strategy underpins ongoing monthly management. The plan determines what happens in campaigns, tracking and reporting, instead of remaining a presentation in a drawer.
Yes. If necessary, we coordinate the web agency, developers and booking engine providers so that the hotel does not connect uncoordinated activities on its own.
Yes, if your internal team needs specialist support with performance campaigns, booking analytics and management reporting. We take responsibility for work that requires hospitality expertise while supporting your existing team.
The greatest involvement is at the start, when we align occupancy, markets, the offer and the existing digital system. After that, the aim is to reduce management's operational workload through one clear monthly plan and structured reporting.
No. The annual framework is useful, but the hotel industry is changing through the season, markets and availability. This service turns this framework into an operational monthly plan that adapts to real results.
No. Results depend on prices, availability, the quality of the offer, the hotel's reputation, seasonality and market demand. We can guarantee a professional process, quality management and decisions based on data.

For Meneghetti, campaigns, website entry points and the booking journey were aligned with monthly business priorities and availability.

Before the next ad, check six things: your own rate on Google Hotels, parity, a reason to book direct, engine measurement, German language and brand searches. These are the points where Croatian hotels most often lose the guest.

How to review a hotel website and booking journey: offer clarity, mobile display, prices and conditions, the transition to the engine and completed booking measurement.
We will review campaigns, the hotel website, tracking and the booking journey, identifying the most important issues and opportunities for growth.
